I usually teach Reiki as people are interested and only do small groups so please contact me to be kept informed of the next training.

Reiki Level 1 Training in Edinburgh

Reiki Level 1 is for use on self, friends and family. Reiki Level 2 is needed to qualify for stand-alone use with clients.

However being attuned to Reiki 1 enhances all that you practice, whether you are an existing therapist - mind or body - Reiki adds an extra healing and balancing dimension to your work.

If you are not a therapist you may find that Reiki not only deepens your own journey but others will find you more peaceful to be with.

This two day course includes:

 

• A comprehensive manual
• History and lineage of Reiki
  
• Detailed explanation of the chakras, their emotional and physical function.
  
• Guided healing journey through the chakras.
  
• Space and time to practice Reiki
  
• Self development work specifically to enhance your practice of and confidence in using Reiki.

Number of course participants is kept low to ensure indidividual and thorough attention. The exciting new development in Reiki is that higher levels than ever before are being reached and I have been privileged this year to renew my Master teacher Training with Reiki masters who are in tune at the highest level with what Reiki can now offer in terms of healing power - for self and others.

On Reiki 1 there will be an emphasis on the self healing element as this is needed to fully reach your highest potential, you will find also that it blends seamlessly with any other self work you are presently doing.
